Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Architect with a genuine passion for architectural design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating exceptional building designs, a deep understanding of building materials, and a sense of leadership to lead our architectural division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for house projects;
2. Create innovative and sustainable house designs that align with client objectives and local building codes;
3. Produce detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software (minimum AutoCAD and SketchUp);
4. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and carpenters to ensure the successful execution of projects;
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in house design and construction techniques;
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design and construction phases.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture;
2. Proven experience as an Architect (minimum 2 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work;
3. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite;
4. Experience in communicating directly with clients;
5. In-depth knowledge of techniques, materials, and sustainability principles;
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
8. Ability to work independently and as head of a team;
9. Capable of speaking English (highly preferred).
