Job Description

• Review and analyze technical consultants’ deliverables.
• Review and coordinate technical drawings for sales and marketing collaterals.
• Create technical drawings if necessary.
• Execute preliminary design studies, including master planning, massing studies, area tabulation, and specifications to formulate the design brief.
• Coordinate technical meetings with internal and external parties, including taking minutes of meetings.
• Conduct market research on technical aspects related to competitors’ products and customer desires, and institutionalize product knowledge within the organization.
• Perform cost-benefit and comparative analyses to guide development, design, and construction decisions.
• Assist in resolving site issues during the construction stage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
