ARCHITEC / INTERIOR DESIGN

Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and objectives in interior design
• Create building designs and working drawings for building execution
• Met and presented designs to directors and prospective clients
• Fully involved in all phases of the project, including site measurement, planning, material selection, execution monitoring, and final completion
• Mastering interior design concepts and able to create Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion with high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Education Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture/Interior Design
• At least 3 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Design (especially in residential, commercial, factory & office design), preferably with a portfolio showing your previous experience
• Proficient in using design applications such as AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop
• Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial products and design
• Ability to create high quality 3D renderings
• Strong understanding of materials, architectural construction, interior structure, and furniture
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and time management skills
• Placement: Taman Kota, West Jakarta
• Can join as soon as possible (ASAP)
