Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a part-time design intern to create visually engaging training flyers, posters, and promotional materials for learning activities. You will develop key visuals for workshops and webinars, and adapt designs for digital flyers, banners, and social media content.

The role requires strong layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy skills, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and a portfolio showcasing graphic design works.

Qualifications

• University student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to develop creative concepts and translate briefs into compelling key visuals.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and have a good visual sense.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple design requests and work within deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design works is required, preferably including posters, flyers, campaign visuals, or event key visuals.
