Responsibilities:

1. Support Facility Management Supervisor in day-to-day activity.
2. Perform annual asset database into asset management system.
3. Perform annual asset physical checking.
4. Conduct and manage Office Boy administration.
5. Conduct and manage Mailing room administration.
6. Create and report to superiors every day, week and month regarding basic necessities and mailing rooms.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate/final year student.
2. Willing to do full WFO (5x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
3. Familiarity with computer software.
4. Excellence in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).
5. Excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
6. Having skills in design is an added value.
7. Have high innovation and creativity.
8. Committed to do 6 months internship period.
9. Committed to work until the end of the contract period.
