Responsibilities:

• Assisting in purchasing and administrative support for training activities.
• Assisting in payment processes related to training and events.
• Providing administrative support in ALD activities that include projects, activities, and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Final year or Fresh Graduate from any major.
• Willing to work from the office 3 times a week and work from home 2 times a week in the South Jakarta area.
• Committed to a 6-month internship program.
• Possess knowledge in Administration Work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, such as Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa and English.
• Able to work well with people.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle requests in a limited time.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
