Job Descriptions :

• Assisting the Sustainability team in implementing events starting from preparation to execution.
• Assisting the –Sustainability team in performing administrative works, such as handling contracts with third-party vendors, drafting minutes of meetings, filing invoices, handling internal and external events, handling coupa-related logbook, etc.
• Assisting in engaging with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, etc.)
• Assisting in Sustainability Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
• Handling media monitoring on sustainability-related news and updates.
• Perform copywriting and create contents on sustainability for placement on internal bulletin as well as on mass and social media.

Job Requirements :

• Graduated from a reputable university – at least S1/Bachelor’s degree or a final-year student with no active class (preferably majoring in Communication or Public Relation).
• Good administrative and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical skill, preferably have a background/interest in Data Management/statistics.
• Committed to working in a diverse and inclusive working environment.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and a good team player.
• Having an action oriented and positive attitude.
• Practical knowledge of social media (IG, Tiktok, others).
• Creative in providing social media content ideas.
• Familiar and able to use editing tools for both photo and video (Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut).
• Ability to work in a flexible working arrangement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to commit for 6 months internship period.
• Willing to follow hybrid regulation – WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in South Jakarta.
