Summary of Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing reservations for our food and beverage outlets
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding dining options, availability, and special requests
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
  • Process reservation requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing the reservation system
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations and guest preferences
Requirements
  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
  • Excellent phone contact handling skills and exceptional active listening abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and adaptability to interact with individuals of diverse personalities and backgrounds
  • Ability to multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
