• Berkomitmen pada keselamatan baik pribadi maupun orang lain.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan keterampilan untuk melakukan perbaikan dan menyusun laporan rutin.
• Bekerja sebagai bagian dari tim untuk menyelesaikan masalah praktis di lapangan.
• Menggunakan alat keamanan perusahaan untuk mengontrol bahaya.

INTRODUCTION:

We are currently seeking 2 (two) Apprentice Boilermakers for the Surabaya Service Center to assist and perform tasks such as compile routine inspections and condition reports and develop skills to cut, shape and weld steel to complete repairs on Metso equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop skills to perform repairs, compile routine reports, condition reports and correspondence relevant to jobs.
• Receive feedback, training and mentoring from fellow tradesman
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives proactively working with the Workshop team.
• Keeps fully abreast with Company manuals, technical publications and bulletins.
• Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings and procedure manuals.
• Working as part of a team to solve practical on the job problems.
• Accepting responsibilities, following procedures and notifying the Supervisor if the job requirements are unclear to the Employee.
• Only undertaking tasks for which the Employee is competent and only using equipment that they have been trained to use.
• Using the Company’s safety tools to assist in controlling the hazards, which apply to each task the Employee undertakes.
• Speaking up to improve safety .

WHO YOU ARE:

• Completion of Diploma D3 / technical high school in the field of welding or metal fabrication preferred
• Minimal working experience, 0-2 years
• You will have a keen interest in metal work and working in a mechanical environment.
• Have an energetic and ‘can do’ attitude to a variety of tasks and skills.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good aptitude for Math and competent computer skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, both personal and safety of others
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
