Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist and take responsibility for after-sales service to customers.
2. Provide after-sales services such as field service, installation, training, IQ OQ PQ to customers.
3. Coordinate with local partners for service and calibration of instruments.
4. Coordinate with the Manager/Principal regarding troubleshooting related to instruments.
5. Assist the sales team in fulfilling customer requests.
6. Create job reports and report to the Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Food/Chemical, Environmental, Electrical, Industrial Engineering).
2. Familiarity with laboratory instruments and reagents.
3. Knowledge of electricity and calibration procedures is a plus.
4. Passion for laboratory and technical disciplines.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Own vehicle and valid driving license (A/C) are mandatory.
7. Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas.
