Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Industry Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or similar role.

Strong technical knowledge of basic valves and design standards; familiarity with standard valves is an advantage.

Proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Ability to read technical drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, open-mindedness, high motivation, and willingness to learn.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and commercial support for sales, including preparing quotations, conducting technical clarifications, and delivering product presentations.
• Prepare quotations for EPC customers, starting from feed, budgetary, EPC bidding, and firm quotes.
• Identify inquiries, understand competitor products, and offer competitive solutions based on customer needs.
• Negotiate and process orders with principals.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and analyze to improve competitiveness.
• Work closely with the sales team and visit customers when necessary.
