Under the guidance of a supervisor or senior team member, responsible for providing solutions to clients across all phases of application implementation, including detailed design, training, and deployment, within scheduled timelines. Demonstrates basic understanding of client business processes across various industries and provides simple application troubleshooting tailored to the industry. Collaborates with principals and internal teams to achieve implementation and training targets set by the company.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend application needs for clients to deliver appropriate business solutions.

• Execute and monitor implementation processes as assigned by the Project Manager. Conduct basic training for clients to understand product features and operational procedures.

• Maintain direct contact with clients to resolve simple post-implementation issues and explore potential new needs.

• Maintain and develop knowledge of principal's application technology.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.
