Job summary

Usp invites applications for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Indonesia. You will lead strategic marketing campaigns, oversee programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance USP’s standards in Asia Pacific.

You will drive digital and event marketing, coordinate with external partners, manage budgets, and provide analytics dashboards for leadership reviews. Travel up to 30-50% of the time is expected, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates marketing campaigns and events with Strategic Customer Development, Program Units and Scientific Affairs teams.
• Coordinates with internal functions and external partners for materials, registration, surveys, and reports.
• Develops collaborations with external stakeholders including industry regulators and academia to achieve business goals.
• Manages program timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and impact.
• Provides dashboards and analytics for monthly/quarterly reviews and performance tracking.
• Leads special programs and projects including pricing programs and market landscaping.
• Ensures alignment between APAC region and USP Global offices.
• Travel can be up to 30-50%.
