ABOUT APAC Graduate Program - Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development (LEAD)

The LEAD program is an accelerated career development initiative that typically lasts around two years and emphasizes leadership and career growth.

The program offers a comprehensive framework, depending on your chosen field, including on-the-job training through cross-functional rotations, stretch assignments, and dedicated learning and training modules.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: As LEAD Associate - SALES

  • You will rotate across functions such as Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Each rotation lasts approximately 6 to 8 months.
  • You will work on critical live projects impacting daily business operations.
  • You will develop technical, functional, and leadership skills.
  • You will participate in a leadership development curriculum.
  • You will be assigned a mentor to guide your growth.

  • SHL Online Assessment
  • 60-minute interview with Hiring Manager & Human Resources Manager
  • Face-to-face Assessment Centre Preparation Day in mid-June
  • Face-to-face Assessment Centre in mid-June

Qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years of work experience
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Communication, Psychology, or Social Sciences
  • Availability to join in the first week of August 2025
