Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Office and strengthen the ethics, integrity, and risk function across Indonesia and APAC. You will drive a culture of integrity, advise management, and partner with business units to ensure compliant operations.

The role is hybrid with an office-first approach in Jakarta, Indonesia, requiring collaboration with Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and People teams to manage regulatory risk and respond to evolving regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, audit, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive culture of integrity, risk management and compliance across the organization.
• Support implementation and monitoring of ethics and compliance programs.
• Provide guidance on integrity, risk and compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, reviews, and monitoring activities and develop pragmatic mitigation plans.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs aligned with global and local requirements.
