Job Requirements:
  • At least an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Master's degree in marketing or MBA can be a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication (Bahasa Indonesia and English) and presentation skills to report campaign results to management and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Ability to manage a digital marketing team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.
  • Ability to problem solve and think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective performance-based marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient usage and maximum ROI.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Compile regular reports on campaign performanceand deliver results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and advertising platforms to ensure campaigns run well and optimize results.
  • Train and develop team members in digital marketing skills and performance optimization techniques.
