Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Regional Controllership

You are part of the HQ Regional Controllership Team in Sea Finance. You play a key role in bridging HQ finance and country finance teams through leading and rolling out crucial projects and new developments.

• Play a key role in overseeing and guiding country finance teams within the region on all Finance-related initiatives driven from HQ level.
• Manage and oversee the cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances.
• Develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and local GAAP.
• Lead crucial projects in revenue recognition, process improvement, system implementation, and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Seek excellence and continuous improvement through reviewing current business models, identifying potential finance and tax risks, and proposing feasible solutions to the management.
• Assist the business by providing data, insights, and analytics to support the team in making the right data-driven decisions.
