Responsibilities

  1. Assist and supervise Loan Officers in conducting sales activities.
  2. Ensure that sales practices adhere to group compliance standards and the code of conduct.
  3. Educate sales team about the importance of fraud prevention and integrity in their responsibilities.
  4. Ensure agencies achieve their sales targets through quality processes and productivity approaches.
  5. Develop sales plans and strategies to meet sales targets in respective areas.
  6. Maintain the cost of acquisition for all products sold at the channel within targeted CPA.
  7. Recruit quality sales personnel in line with capacity plans and risk policies.
  8. Coach, review, and evaluate Loan Officers under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
  9. Ensure timely product training, updates, and skills development for the sales team.

Requirements
