Responsibilities- Assist and supervise Loan Officers in conducting sales activities.
- Ensure sales practices adhere to group compliance standards and code of conduct.
- Educate sales teams on the importance of fraud prevention and integrity.
- Help agencies achieve sales targets through quality processes and productivity approaches.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet targets in respective areas.
- Maintain the cost of acquisition for all products at targeted CPA levels.
- Recruit quality sales personnel in line with capacity plans and risk policies.
- Coach, review, and evaluate Loan Officers under the Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely product training, updates, and skills development for sales staff.
Requirements- Experience in banking and finance is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, organized, able to work under pressure, with good time management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
