Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. A strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail are essential in this luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional barista training is a plus.
• Previous barista, bartender, or beverage attendant experience in hospitality is preferred for luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing, milk texturing, latte art, and specialty drinks is essential.
• Broad beverage knowledge including teas, juices, mocktails, cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings is important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages with a focus on specialty coffee.
• Create a welcoming, personalized guest experience and upsell beverages when appropriate.
• Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to maintain beverage quality and station cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and stock levels are maintained to support efficient service.
