About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor or Digital Video Producer (AI Specialist) to join our team in Cakung Jakarta. This is a full-time position that sits at the intersection of creative production and artificial intelligence technology. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and producing high-quality video content with a specialisation in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we approach video production, enabling us to deliver innovative content at scale whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and artistic integrity.

Key responsibilities

Conceptualise, script, and produce original video content utilising AI-assisted tools and technologies to enhance creativity and streamline production workflows

Edit and post-process video content, incorporating AI-driven visual effects, colour grading, and audio enhancement to achieve professional-grade output

Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and software for video creation, editing, and production optimisation

Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling video content

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining consistent quality standards and brand guidelines

Optimise video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, broadcast, and digital channels, with consideration for platform-specific requirements and AI-based distribution strategies

Document and maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and production workflows to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing

Stay current with advancements in AI technology, video production techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve output quality

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AI tools and production methodologies as required

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in video editing, video production, or digital content creation, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a professional capacity

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Demonstrated experience with AI-powered video creation and editing tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automated colour grading systems, AI-assisted motion graphics software)

Strong technical understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution standards, and platform-specific optimisation requirements

Exceptional creative vision combined with the ability to translate client briefs and creative direction into polished, engaging video content

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

A portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work that showcases both technical proficiency and creative excellence

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for international collaboration and communication

Preferred: Experience with motion graphics design, 3D animation, or VFX

Preferred: Familiarity with AI scriptwriting tools, voice synthesis, or generative AI for content creation

Preferred: Knowledge of data analytics and video performance metrics to optimise content strategy
