Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead AI-driven delivery initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will coordinate multiple engineering-led projects at the program level, build roadmaps, and manage risks and dependencies across teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations.

You will translate business problems into executable plans, provide clear status updates to leadership, and drive governance improvements while ensuring timely delivery with quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engagement Manager roles in tech, logistics, e-commerce, or consulting.
• Experience managing program-level initiatives or multiple interrelated projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI developments and the application of AI solutions in logistics or operational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
