Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end development and lifecycle management of AI products and solutions, translating market needs into commercially viable offerings that drive revenue growth.

You will define product strategy and roadmap, manage lifecycle from concept to retirement, and collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, and adoption while monitoring KPIs to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of experience in product management or related digital/technology products.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI product strategy and roadmap, defining product vision, priorities, use cases, value propositions, and development roadmap aligned with AI business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from customer needs to product requirements and business case through development/partnership, launch, performance monitoring, enhancement, and retirement.
• Drive product commercialization and adoption with GTM and commercial teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch readiness, sales enablement, and customer adoption.
• Monitor and optimize product performance by tracking revenue, adoption, customer experience, profitability, and other KPIs.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop AI product strategy and roadmap, defining product vision, priorities, use cases, value propositions, and development roadmap aligned with AI Business objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, by translating customer and market needs into product requirements and business case through development/ partnership, launch, performance monitoring, enhancement, and retirement.
3. Drive product commercialization and adoption, working with GTM and commercial teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch readiness, sales enablement, and customer adoption.
4. Monitor and optimize product performance, tracking revenue, adoption, customer experience, profitability, and other product KPIs to continuously improve portfolio performance

Requirements:

1. Min. 8 years of experience in product management, digital/technology products, AI solutions, or related areas
2. Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Manager, or relevant AI/Cloud fundamentals certification
