Job summary

PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia is seeking an Accounting System Analyst to bridge accounting expertise with HashMicro’s ERP and AI-powered product development. You will translate regulatory requirements into product rules and contribute to AI-powered accounting features.

The role requires a strong accounting background, experience with ERP systems, and collaboration with product teams to shape practical, compliant solutions across operating countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, ERP, business process analysis, product analysis, or a related role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with PSAK/IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory accounting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and system workflows
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Project Teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts and product requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and accounting processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements through Hashmicro's ERP system
• Define and document accounting product requirements (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements
• Analyze recurring gap requests and product workarounds to identify which needs should become standard product capability
• Research accounting standards and statutory requirements (PSAK/IFRS, tax and reporting obligations across operating countries) and translate them into product rules
• Work with Product Manager and Development to prioritize, refine, and sequence accounting features against roadmap and capacity
• Review market accounting capability to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for accounting processes and accounting functionalities within Hashmicro’s ERP system.
