Job summary

MixWork Pte. Ltd. seeks an AI/Agent Engineer to own the client’s AI platform built on Amazon Bedrock + Claude, and to integrate outputs with Azure AI within D365/Power Platform. You will deploy and operate multi-agent systems, data flows, and governance across AWS and Azure stacks.

The role requires 2–3 years in software/ML, hands-on Bedrock experience, and strong English communication. Hybrid work arrangements and competitive compensation are offered for a premier retail enterprise client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of software engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in ML/AI.
• Hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock (Agents, Knowledge Base, Guardrails).
• Experience building and deploying containerised apps (Docker, ECS Fargate).
• English proficiency at B2 minimum (IELTS 6.0) and interview assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate all Amazon Bedrock agents (Operations, Org-Wide Q&A, Email Reporting).
• Maintain MCP servers (Data Query, Knowledge Base) and guardrails.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration across systems with approval gates.
• Integrate Azure outputs into the AWS platform and manage data flows.
• Build and deploy web apps and post-ECI agents (React/Next.js).
