The role involves researching tools, developing AI workflows and automations, and training staff to effectively leverage AI in day-to-day work while ensuring data privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business Tech or related field.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Proven experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to understand business processes and identify areas where AI can assist or automate.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI workflow development.
• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify business processes and activities that can be optimized through AI.
• Analyze department needs and determine the most appropriate AI tools or solutions.
• Conduct research, testing, and evaluation of AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Implement AI solutions to support administrative, operational, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, reporting, data processing, and other functions.
• Develop AI workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop and optimize prompts, templates, and AI workflows per user requirements.
• Integrate AI with existing company tools or applications as needed.
• Develop prototypes or PoCs to assess feasibility before broader deployment.
• Test and evaluate accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of AI solutions.
• Provide training, consultation, and support to employees on effectively using AI.
