Qualifications

• Master's Degree (S2) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years overall experience in digital economy regulation or related fields and at least 5 years in AI governance policy and ethics.
• Experience with international AI governance frameworks (OECD AI Principles, UNESCO, EU AI Act) and familiarity with Indonesia's context.
• Strong policy analysis, benchmarking, and ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Proven ability to engage with government officials, industry and international bodies.

Responsibilities

• Baseline assessment and analysis of Indonesia's AI policy instruments and ethics frameworks.
• Provide technical inputs to develop AI governance and ethics framework and guidance for sector ministries.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align AI governance initiatives with national priorities.
• Coordinate with Komdigi and other ministries and DFAT partners on policy strategies and program alignment.
• Prepare technical policy materials, benchmarking analyses, and workshop facilitation for government audiences.
