Job summary

LITRIX is seeking an AI Engineer to join a fast-moving team in Bandung, Indonesia. You will collaborate with engineering and research teams to build AI-powered features, integrate AI agents, and optimize AI systems for reliability and scalability.

The role emphasizes working with modern AI models, retrieval pipelines, and deployment across product platforms. Experience with PyTorch, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Understand machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI architectures.
• Familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and inference APIs.
• Familiar with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools.
• Understand Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiar with AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Understand REST APIs and backend integration.
• Familiar with Docker, cloud infrastructure, and AI deployment is an advantage.
• Able to evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize model performance.
• Familiar with model fine-tuning or open-source model deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to develop AI capabilities for products.
• Build AI-powered features using modern AI models and pipelines.
• Develop retrieval and reasoning pipelines and integrate AI agents.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
