We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer who can build and deploy AI solutions that drive real business impact. This role requires expertise in AI/ML model development, coding, and deploying scalable AI applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers to create AI-powered products that optimize decision-making and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML models: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Hands-on coding: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI pipelines and deployments.
• AI product development: Translate business problems into AI solutions, from prototype to production.
• Model deployment: Implement and integrate AI models into business systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-premise.
• Data processing & engineering: Work with structured/unstructured data, develop pipelines, and ensure data readiness for AI applications.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to ensure AI solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Experience with MLOps (model monitoring, deployment, scaling).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to translate AI concepts into business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, version control, API development).
