Job summary

Hydron is seeking a Social Media Specialist in Jakarta to own end-to-end content creation for gaming and ecommerce audiences. You will craft content plans, produce short-form video and copy with AI tools, and ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and platform nuances.

You will manage the content calendar, pitch data-driven ideas, work with Paid Ads and Creative teams, and continuously optimize performance through weekly insights and experiments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• At least 12 months using AI image/video tools with published content.
• Experience scripting and copy using AI writing tools.
• Owns live brand content calendar end-to-end.
• Can read analytics and translate into content decisions.
• Self-directed and deadline-driven.
• Experience creating content for gaming/entertainment is a plus.
• Technical skills including CapCut or Premiere Pro and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Originate campaign and content ideas grounded in brand guidelines and data; develop the content plan.
• Own the content calendar from planning through execution.
• Pitch content and campaign ideas grounded in performance data; bring proposals when needed.
• AI Video & Visual Production: produce short-form video with AI tools and write prompts.
• AI Copy & Scripting: develop scripts, hooks, captions, and variations per platform.
• Monitor performance weekly and give recommendations with a clear point of view.
• Coordinate with Paid Ads, Creative, and BD/Affiliate teams on timelines.
