Your impact

As an AI Coach (Copilot), you will empower teams to leverage Copilot effectively to address complex business questions and enhance productivity across business functions. Your role will involve delivering impactful demonstrations, facilitating hands-on training, and providing guidance to maximize the value of Copilot within the organization. Through your extensive experience using Copilot in professional environments, you will bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring seamless adoption and practical application.

We are currently adding AI Coaches to our Expert Network, in anticipation of projects that will launch this year and next year. This is a proactive hiring effort, where you will participate in our interview process and be added to our Expert Network. Once approved for our Expert Network, our team will be able to share various opportunities for you to support projects, programs, and our learners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase Copilot's capabilities, tailored to different business outcomes and functions.
  • Partner with teams to identify business challenges and develop Copilot-driven solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training sessions to help employees integrate Copilot into their daily workflows.
  • Share best practices and use advanced case examples to facilitate Copilot adoption.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing Copilot usage to ensure it meets business needs and drives efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific business requirements and customize Copilot applications accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Copilot features and updates to continuously enhance training programs and resources.

Your expertise

  • Extensive hands-on experience using Copilot in a professional work environment to solve business problems.
  • Strong understanding of Copilot’s features, integrations, and potential applications across various business functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions, and track measurable metrics that drive business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise.

  • This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the EST time zone.
