You’ll work on enhancing our AI-driven chatbots, ensuring seamless, human-like interactions for customer support, sales, and engagement. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using NLP and machine learning.

Fine-tune LLMs (like GPT, Claude, or custom models) for context-aware conversations.

Integrate chatbots with APIs, CRM systems, and backend databases.

Optimize dialogue flows, intent recognition, and response accuracy.

Implement multilingual and multimodal (text + voice) chatbot capabilities.

Monitor performance, analyze user interactions, and iterate for improvement.

Stay updated on AI advancements (e.g., RAG, autonomous agents) and apply them.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in chatbot development (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).

Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and transformer models (GPT, BERT, etc.).

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API integrations.

Experience with speech recognition (e.g., Whisper) is a plus.
