WIZ.AI is seeking an AI Builder to join our team in Jakarta. You will own end-to-end initiatives, from product definition to hands-on implementation and go-live support, applying AI to chatbots and agent systems.

Responsibilities include participating in backend architecture, optimizing AI Agent and NLP-powered customer service products, and evaluating project value to guide future evolution. Fresh grads welcome; Python and backend tech focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Interns and fresh graduates are welcome; practical project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Python; familiar with Flask/Django; backend development with databases, middleware, and APIs.
• Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience in LLMs and NLP.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

WizAI deploys enterprise-grade AI conversational systems for financial institutions across Southeast Asia, with live client implementations and production-scale deployments.

We are looking for an AI Builder.

This role has no fixed boundaries. You may shape product definitions, build solutions hands-on, or support client go-live - depending on project phase and your strengths. We use the title AI Builder because we seek individuals who can own and deliver an end-to-end initiative with the power of AI.

Responsibilities

• 1.Product Development & Optimization: Participate in the backend architecture design, development, and optimization of AI Agent and intelligent customer service chatbot products, ensuring high performance, high availability, and scalability of the system. Closely track the latest developments in artificial intelligence, including LLMs, actively explore the application of new technologies in products, propose innovative technical solutions, and continuously enhance product intelligence and user experience.
• 3.Project Value Evaluation & Evolution: Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, evaluate and reflect on the value delivered by projects, propose reasonable optimization suggestions and future technical evolution directions, and ensure the product remains competitive in the market. Work closely with team members, actively participate in project reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities, and collectively improve the team’s technical capabilities and innovation capacity.

Requirements

• 1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2.Work Experience: No strict requirement. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with practical project experience are preferred.
• 3.Technical Skills: Proficient in Python programming; familiar with common Python frameworks (such as Flask, Django, etc.); experienced with backend development technologies, including but not limited to database design (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), middleware (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ), and API development; basic understanding of AI concepts, with strong interest and some hands-on experience in LLMs and natural language processing (NLP).
• 4.Technical Passion: Passionate about new technologies, proactive in learning and exploration, with independent perspectives on technical innovation; familiar with the latest "Vibe Coding" tools and technologies, including but not limited to Claude Code, Open Claw, etc.
• 5.Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of clearly expressing technical ideas and project concepts.
