What You Will Do

Job Description
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders from various departments and Business Unit to understand their processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Connect various internal systems, third-party applications, and databases to create efficient, end-to-end automated processes.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all developed automation workflows, including process flows, technical specifications, and integration details.
- Monitor the performance of deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in workflow automation, API integration, and AI applications, particularly in how they can enhance n8n capabilities.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the squad and the wider company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in software development, process automation, or a similar technical role. Demonstrable projects (personal or professional) involving automation or AI are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using workflow automation platforms like n8n is highly desirable. Experience with similar tools is also valuable.
- Solid understanding of API concepts (REST, GraphQL) and experience integrating various applications and services.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js) to extend automation capabilities where needed.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, particularly how to leverage LLMs and other AI services through APIs within automated workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
