PT Bali Mana One is seeking an AI-augmented Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement a Villa Operating System. You will serve as the technical architect using Claude Code to shape normalized database schemas, build responsive interfaces with Next.js 14 and TypeScript, and orchestrate AI agents for efficient development.

Based in Bali, you will manage a complex PostgreSQL schema on Supabase, develop edge functions for AI orchestration and integrations, and ensure data integrity and operational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Advanced proficiency in Supabase schema design, normalization, and optimization.
• Proven mastery of AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to distill complex business requirements into structured process flow diagrams.
• Rigorous mindset regarding data integrity and system coherence.
• Fluency in English with the ability to explain technical architecture to stakeholders.
• Must be based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Engineer mobile-first interfaces using Next.js 14, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Manage a complex PostgreSQL schema on Supabase, including migrations and data seeding
• Develop Edge Functions for AI orchestration, notification engines, and WhatsApp integrations
• Transform legacy data into normalized database models with zero loss
• Maintain synchronization between local schema files and the live production database
• Direct AI agents via precise prompts to accelerate parallel development tasks
• Curate agent instruction files (AGENTS.md) to standardize AI-generated output
• Conduct end-to-end testing of operational workflows and notification systems

As a Full-Stack AI-Augmented Engineer, you will be the technical architect responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive system. You will utilize Claude Code as a development accelerator to design normalized database schemas, craft responsive and user-friendly interfaces, and implement automated workflows. You are not just a developer; you are the director of AI agents, ensuring technical coherence and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities
