About the Role

B One Consulting is seeking a hands-on and creative AI Agentic Expert to join our Bali team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that streamline and automate business workflows using N8N and advanced LLM integrations. You will work on real-world use cases such as sales automation, CRM integration, WhatsApp agents, and back-office task automation.

This role is ideal for someone who’s excited by building scalable AI systems with real business impact — and who knows how to make N8N sing.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Build and maintain complex automation workflows using N8N, integrating LLMs, external APIs, and business systems (CRM, CMS, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, Calendars, etc.)
• Create and manage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB…)
• Develop custom N8N functions using JavaScript when needed, and connect N8N with Python-based AI logic
• Collaborate with the dev, product, and marketing teams to translate business needs into smart, automated solutions
• Monitor and iterate on agent performance and automation logic to ensure long-term efficiency and ROI
• Document workflows, logic trees, and system architecture clearly

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-ready N8N workflows
• Solid knowledge of agentic frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Proficiency in Python (TypeScript or JS for N8N custom functions is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), or open-source LLMs
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhook logic, and modular system architecture
• Experience with vector DBs like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
• A mindset focused on business impact, ROI, and automation performance
• Bonus: experience in CRM integration, WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, Outlook/Google Calendar sync, etc.
