Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an Agronomy Assistant to support budget planning and daily work coordination across Sinarmas operation areas. The role involves leading daily office briefings, coordinating Mandor and Kerani to execute the RKH according to targets, and maintaining strong relations with employees, government officials, and local communities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Agronomy, up to four years of experience, and be willing to relocate per company needs

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy.
Good communication skills.
Willing to be located in all Sinarmas operation area.
Ready to be relocated according to company needs.

Responsibilities

Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
Leading the morning circle at the division’s office for the day’s work arrangements.
Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set.
Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division.
Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties.
Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthly.
Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity.
