Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an Assistant Agronomy to manage the Central Kalimantan plantation division. You will oversee plantation area operations and lead the daily work plan, coordinating Mandor and Kerani to meet targets, while maintaining strong relationships with staff, officials, and local communities.

The role requires a Bachelor in Agronomy, up to 3 years of experience, and strong communication abilities. Willingness to be based in Central Kalimantan and relocate as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sinarmas Palm Oil Plantation area.
• Lead division morning circle to plan daily work.
• Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to implement daily work plan (RKH).
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities nearby the division.
• Review and sign daily reports on employment, materials, and third-party progress.
• Request non-harvest premium based on work performed.
• Explain division costs vs. budget.
• Ensure TBS and brondolan are properly stored and moved next day.
