Arrange budgets and coordinate with related parties to ensure the daily work plan aligns with set targets.

Job Description :

  1. Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
  2. Lead the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements.
  3. Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is executed according to the target.
  4. Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders, and surrounding communities.
  5. Examine and sign all daily reports related to employment, material usage, and the progress of third-party work.
  6. Request non-harvest premiums based on work performed.
  7. Explain the division's operational costs, comparing budgeted versus actual monthly expenses.
  8. Ensure restriction, safe storage, and transportation of TBS and brondolan the following day at the earliest opportunity.

Job Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy.
  2. Maximum of 4 years of experience as an Agronomy Assistant.
  3. Willing to be located in Kalimantan Timur.
  4. Ready to be relocated as per company needs.
