Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.

Lead the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements.

Coordinate with Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to set targets.

Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders, and surrounding communities.

Examine and sign all daily reports related to employment, material use, and work progress of third parties.

Request non-harvest premiums based on work completed.

Explain the division's operational costs, comparing budgeted versus actual monthly expenses.

Ensure restriction, safe storage, and transportation of TBS and brondolan the following day at the earliest opportunity.
