Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Assistant Agronomy to support budgeting, planning, and field supervision across Sinarmas Palm Oil Plantation areas. The role includes arranging budgets, leading the division's morning circle, and coordinating Mandor and Kerani to implement the daily work plan.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, up to three years of relevant experience, strong communication, and willingness to relocate within Sinarmas Operation Areas. Relocation as needed is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets based on field conditions and MCAR standards
• Lead the division's morning circle for the day’s work arrangements
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and surrounding communities
• Review and sign daily reports on employment, material usage, and contractor progress
• Request non-harvest premiums based on work done
• Explain division costs vs budget and actual month
• Ensure TBS and brondolan are restricted, stored safely and transported the next day

Job Description :

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards

• Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements

• Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set

• Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division

• Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties

• Request non-harvest premium based on the work done

• Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual month

• Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy

• Having maximal 3 years of working experience as Assistant Agronomy

• Good in communication skill

• Willing to be located in All Sinarmas Operation Area

• Ready to be relocated according to company needs
