Job summary

PT Graha Karya Informasi seeks an IT project administrator with Scrum Master experience to join our Jakarta team. You should hold a D3/S1 in IT-related fields and have at least 2 years’ experience in project administration and documentation.

Role involves turning complex technical information into clear docs, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with developers, QA, Product Owners, and project managers to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in IT, CS, IS or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration and documentation.
Experience as Scrum Master with Agile/Scrum understanding.
Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and managing technical documentation.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
Able to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.
Familiar with tools: MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence or similar.
Understanding of software development processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Able to collaborate with developers, QA, Product Owners, PMs and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills; manage multiple tasks.
