Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, build, and operationalize Agentic AI capabilities that automate enterprise workflows and enable intelligent action across systems.

You will integrate LLMs, embedding, and visual models with tools and databases, while implementing governance, observability, and secure multi-step workflows. Collaboration with Data, Platform, and DevOps teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and workflow automation.
Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Agentic AI systems that integrate LLMs with tools, databases, and enterprise workflows.
Develop multi-step reasoning agents and optimize cross-system workflow execution.
Create and maintain orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI) for scalable agent operations.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompts, and contextual retrieval logic.
Work with various models (LLM, MoE, embedding, visual) for enterprise AI needs.
Automate Agentic AI workflows using platforms like n8n with robust retry and fallback logic.
Deploy AI agents using Docker/Podman, CI/CD, and production-ready environments.
Monitor performance with observability, logging, and governance controls.
Collaborate with Data, Platform, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Maintain technical documentation for architecture, prompts, tool integration, and deployment procedures.
