Integrity Indonesia is currently opening a position for Agent Acquisition and Admin.
The Agent Acquisition and Admin will support the operations team and play a crucial role in finding external resources such as vendors and freelancers, streamlining operational processes, managing project management tools, overseeing the recapitulation of products and samples, and providing comprehensive administrative support for the Operations Department.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in entry-level recruitment is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of agreement and contract regulations
- Strong English skills
What will you do:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard domestic and international freelancer agents based on operational needs
- Track products and samples with accurate documentation and inventory management
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and payment of freelancers
- Organize cash advance requests and reconciliations
- Arrange transport, flights, and rentals for logistical needs
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team
