Job Description:
- Participate in a structured training program to understand the Life Insurance products, services and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Collaborate with the business analyst team to create promotional material and campaign/contest.
- Engage with Agent and Leaders to understand their needs and present suitable support and development needed.
- Analyze sales data and market trend to provide insight and recommendation to senior management.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate Bachelor or Magister from Top Local University / Overseas University.
- Max. 2 Years working experience
- A good communicator, with excellent presentation skills and material-building
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent in English spoken and written
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Tech Savvy
- Willing to be reallocated to another city outside Jakarta such as Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, and other cities if needed.
