Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify & develop competency-based syllabus and collaborate with other division’s trainers for program delivery related to company SOP’s.
2. Collaborate with Aftersales teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and identify required skills or competencies needed.
3. Deliver training sessions for Aftersales teams, focusing on enhancing soft skills in service quality and technical skills to improve employee productivity.
4. Responsible for evaluating the skills and performance of Aftersales teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with direct report to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training/academy programs through training, assessments, feedback, and other metrics, continuously improving the programs (including blended learning and e-learning approaches).
6. Develop post-training programs to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
7. Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting employees with access to the learning resources.
8. Develop online learning material in collaboration with multimedia & product teams.
9. Stay updated on the latest approaches for employee development and adjust training programs as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
2. Experience in learning & development or training and development for at least 1-2 years.
3. Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs.
4. Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
5. Capable of managing multiple training projects and target-oriented.
6. Adaptable to change and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic design tools to create interactive training materials will be an added value.
