Job description

Responsibilities

• Process invoice handling and payment requests to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Provide operational support for National AEC activities, include managing and monitoring petty cash usage
• Collaborate with AFS partners in managing AR and AP processes, ensuring smooth financial operations
• Oversee and reconcile National AEC income settlements and reporting integrity
• Act as the National AFS-AEC Asset Controller, responsible for tracking, recording, and ensuring optimal asset utilization
