Job description

Oversee the end-to-end aftersales service process, including license handling, spare part purchasing, customer service, and stock management.

Coordinate with dealers and technicians to ensure high service quality and timely issue resolution.

Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability.

Handle escalations and support field teams in resolving technical and operational customer issues.

Analyze service data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for aftersales workflows.

Collaborate with the factory team to ensure a smooth aftersales process for motorbike units.

Monitor inventory, including assets and units in factories and dealerships.

Ensure all aftersales processes comply with company SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in aftersales/service operations, preferably in the automotive or electric mobility industry.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and stock control.
  • Understanding of EV systems (battery, motor, controller) and common diagnostics is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage field operations and vendor/service network relationships.
  • Personal laptop required.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
  • Ready to join as soon as possible.
