Aftermarket Sales Engineer/Executive (US MNC/equipment/remote working)

Our client is a US company that provides process and equipment solutions, including pelleting equipment for the oilseed and materials processing industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee aftermarket sales of spare parts and services in Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and develop new ones.
  • Support the Aftermarket Sales Manager with projects, presentations, pricing, and strategy.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to equipment.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and enhance aftermarket support for products.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of products and applications.
  • Prepare reports after customer visits and share with relevant teams.
  • Keep accurate records of accounts, opportunities, and correspondence in company databases.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
  • Manage customer accounts in alignment with market strategies.
  • Report on market developments and industry opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
