After Sales Service Mechanic (Heavy Equipment Industry)

Supplier researching (hydraulic equipment, workshop, shipping company to send spare parts)

Follow after sales work and monitoring all the database client with a daily call/text

Spare Part Selling and Quotation Making

Manage customers in assistance and breakage situations, maintaining calm and lead to the solution

Responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers after they have purchased our products

Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about our products

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our products

Repair and replace defective parts

Perform preventive maintenance on our products

Provide technical training to our customers

Keep accurate records of all service work performed
